These Terms govern access to and use of Oratoriaa’s public speaking platform and related services. Please read them carefully.

You must follow these Terms, our policies, and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Estimated reading time: .

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Oratoriaa (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

These Terms may reference other policies (including a Privacy Policy). If there is a conflict, these Terms control for Service usage unless stated otherwise.

Eligibility & account security

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. If you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account, whether authorized or not.
  • If you suspect unauthorized access, you must promptly notify us and take steps to secure your account.
Service access & availability

We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time for operational, security, or legal reasons.

Scheduled maintenance may occur. We will try to provide notice when practical, but you understand that some changes can happen without prior notice.

User responsibilities

You agree to use the Service responsibly and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service, including through malicious code, scraping that violates reasonable limits, or abusive traffic.
  • Use the Service to harass, threaten, defame, or discriminate against others.
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation, including impersonation.

We may take reasonable actions to protect the Service and our users, including rate limiting, content removal, account restrictions, or termination as described below.

Content rules & moderation

You may be able to submit, upload, or otherwise share content through the Service (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute your User Content solely to operate and improve the Service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights needed to provide User Content and that it does not:

  • Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties.
  • Contain unlawful, hateful, exploitative, or harmful material.
  • Include malware or attempts to compromise systems.

We may remove or restrict access to content when we believe it violates these Terms, poses risk, or is required by law. We do not guarantee that all objectionable content will be identified or removed.

Payments, billing & refunds

If the Service offers paid plans, prices and billing terms are presented before purchase. Taxes may apply based on your location and applicable law.

  • By purchasing, you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge the provided payment method.
  • Refund eligibility depends on the product type and the timing of the request. Where refunds are offered, they are typically processed to the original payment method.
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate account restrictions while the matter is investigated.

To request a refund or billing help, contact us using the details in the Contact section.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, software, text, graphics, and brand features, is owned by Oratoriaa or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service or any part of it, unless permitted by applicable law or with our written permission.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Oratoriaa provides educational tools and training resources. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes (including performance improvements, career outcomes, or revenue results).

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oratoriaa and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and partners will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the minimum extent and amount permitted by law.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk, or if required by law.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.

Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where Oratoriaa operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts with appropriate jurisdiction, unless applicable consumer laws provide otherwise.

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us with a description of the issue so we can try to resolve it informally.
